General Questions
What is the status of my order?
You should receive an email with tracking information upon completion of production. If your order contains multiple line items, it is possible it will ship in parts with multiple tracking emails, being sent to you.
Can I change my order?
Unfortunately, due to the print-on-demand and made-to-order nature of our business, we cannot accept change orders.
Where do you ship?
Currently, we are only shipping within the US. Stay tuned for future expansion to other countries.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Our products are made on demand, so please understand that there is a production lead-time before shipping. You can find shipping time estimates including production time in each product description page. As a rule of thumb, we usually deliver within 10-14 calendar days from date of order.
Payment
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Elo, JCB, UnionPay, ShopPay, PayPal, and GooglePay.
Which currency will I be charged in?
Currently, we are only charging in USD and shipping within the US. Stay tuned for future expansion to other countries.
Production
How long is production time for my order?
Generally, items take 2-3 business days for production before shipping.
Where is my order being produced?
Our products are printed and customized on demand across a network of US-based production facilities. The blank print media are globally-sourced. Any exceptions to this rule-of-thumb will be disclosed on the product page.
Shipping
When does my order ship?
Your order will ship upon completion of production and may ship in parts based on the line items that you order. Different types of items are produced at different facilities within our network. Please refer to the product pages for specific lead-time estimates.
How can I track my package?
You should receive email notification(s) of your order tracking upon completion of production. Reach out to us via our contact page if you did not receive tracking notification(s).
Returns
Do you accept returns?
At this moment, we are not accepting returns, as we are a print-on-demand / made-to-order business. We are amenable to a one-time replacement order on the provision of evidence of defect of product or print. If there are no defects, but you have changed your mind, store credit can be provisioned on a case-by-case basis.
Can I exchange an item?
At this moment, we are not accepting one-to-one exchanges, as we are a print-on-demand / made-to-order business.
